We spend 90 minutes going through how your business actually operates - the workflows, the bottlenecks, the tasks that eat time, the decisions that could be sharper. We ask questions. You talk. We map it.

We'll look at the tools you already use - Google Workspace, Xero, Monday.com, Notion, whatever your operation runs on - and identify exactly where automation and AI can make a real difference.

The guarantee: If we don't find a genuine AI or automation opportunity, you get your $750 back. Full stop.

What typically happens next

Most clients leave with one or two workflows they want automated immediately. About a third take the plan and implement it themselves. The rest come back to us for an Automation Build - usually within a few weeks.

Stage 2

Automation Build

$3,500–$6,000 (ex GST) · 2–3 weeks · One workflow, start to finish

We pick one workflow from your Clarity Session action plan - the one with the clearest return and the most contained scope - and we build it. Fully. In 2–3 weeks.

No 12-week projects. No ongoing retainer required to see results. You get one thing working, properly, before we talk about what's next.

What typically happens next

Once the first workflow is running, most clients want to keep going. Some add a second automation. Others start to see where AI judgement - not just rules - would make a real difference. That's when the AI Layer makes sense.

Stage 3

AI Layer

$5,000–$12,000 (ex GST) · 4–6 weeks

Automation handles the process. AI handles the thinking. This stage adds intelligence to what you've already built - systems that can assess, prioritise, flag anomalies, and surface insights.

By this point your operation is running differently. Automations are handling the process, AI is handling the judgement calls, and the compounding value is starting to show. The Retainer is how that momentum continues - we stay close to your operation, keep building on what's working, and make sure your systems evolve as your business does.

AI Retainer

$2,500–$4,000/month (ex GST) · Ongoing

Your business changes. Your AI and automation layer should too. On retainer, we stay close to your operation - improving what's there, building what's needed, staying across new tools and capabilities that are relevant to you.

What typically happens next

A small number of clients reach a point where the right answer is something custom - a purpose-built agent at the core of their operation. That's the Agent Build, and it's by application only.

Agent Build

$12,000–$30,000 (ex GST) · By application only
